Who is Responsible for Education?

Watch this CNN Student News Video.  During the education segment, the following question comes up: "What do you think students can do to get a better education?"  Answer this question and write it as a comment to this blog post.  Remember to sign it with your first name and class section.

  3. We can push ourselves to getting good grades, and you have to do if you’re an athletic person because your grades have to be good in order to join any sport. Also if you don’t get it don’t be afraid to ask for help tell, and tell the teacher that you don’t get it because if you don’t then your grades aren’t going to be that good. The other thing you can also do is tell your parents to help u out when you’re in spare time and have nothing to do, if you don’t get something tell then to explain it more to you. That’s what I think that we can get a better education.

  6. Students could ask for more help from their parents, sisters, brothers, grandma grandpas, teachers. And we can push our selves to work hard.

  10. Your parents can help u with homework. its inportant to get your homework done on time and not to fool around in class. teachers help u with ur homework so ask for help. pay attention in class.

  12. If you need help with homework you can ask your parents and your brothers or sisters or you can ask your teacher. You need to pay attention and listen to the teachers in class. You also need to have time to do your homework if you are in a sport because if you get a bad grade you will not be able to play that sport.

  14. i think they can hold back on the sports to get more focus on the homework and less on the sports,i think thats a way to do better in school.

  23. I think that students should try to do their school stuff or homework and extracurricular first then have fun. Have fun it's like giving your brain a brake from all this school stuff.
